Data storage
We would like to point out that for the purpose of an easier booking process and for later contract processing, the IP data of the connection owner is stored within the framework of cookies.
The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank institutes / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the booking price, for the fulfilment of the registration law as well as to our tax consultant for the fulfilment of tax obligations.
In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored in accordance with the Federal Fiscal Code until the end of the tax law retention period of seven years. In addition, the accommodation company is obligated to maintain a guest directory in accordance with §10 of the Registration Act, the obligation to retain this data for seven years.
The data name, address and travel data are stored beyond that. The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
